Csereprogram alkalmazottak részére

A MobiliseSME kísérleti mobilitási program keretében a vállalkozóknak lehetőségük nyílik arra, hogy alkalmazottjaikat ideiglenesen más országokban működő vállalkozásokhoz küldjék, illetve átmeneti jelleggel más országok cégeinek alkalmazottjait fogadják. A program célja, hogy szorosabbra fűzze az együttműködést és elősegítse a tudásmegosztást a különböző országok vállalkozásai között. A projekt részben az Európai Uniótól részesül finanszírozásban a foglalkoztatás és a szociális innováció európai uniós programjának a költségvetéséből, részben pedig a projektpartnerektől.
